Rockin’ Daves is made up of two “Daves”, Dave Flier and David Cohen.  Both of the Daves graduated from culinary school; Dave Flier from The Culinary School of Kendall College in Chicago, IL and Dave Cohen from Paul Smiths College in New York.  Both Daves have worked in Central Oregon for eleven years at various places including: Broken Top Club, Cork, Zydeco Kitchen & Cocktails, and Café Sintra before starting their “scratch” deli a.k.a. Rockin’ Daves Bagel Bistro & Catering Co.  These two music buffs and serious food lovers are passionate about food and providing a high quality product at an affordable price to their customers…while not being too serious.
